Nice clean facility with responsive staff. Good communication on the care for the patient and of helping the family to navigate the in’s and out’s of the facility’s responsibilities and limitations. PT, OT, nursing, and support staff friendly and efficient. The rooms are small and shared so it’s especially nice that they have indoor sun areas, and outdoor patio areas to provide places for patients to have visitors.

I think this is the best facility in town. One main key point i want to bring up is that the staff are friendly, respectful and most importantly loving to all their patients. I come into the facility everyday and everytime they have a smile on there faces helping anyone they can. Whenever you need someone go to the best Joy, Rhia, and Kristine, thank you for everything that you do for my beloved family….

We had a plesent experience, the facilities were clean, food was good, staff was very helpful expressly Kristin, Reaa, & Joy… they all went the extra miles if you had any additional needs.. my Dad had troubles with his phone charging, they helped with other cords and charging heads to get his phone charged and back to him.

At the front counter they have a sign that should say the four stars pick up where the five stars lack in other facilities in or other places. The staff welcomes you with a warm smile, respect and open arms like family. Always asking if they can get you anything, always willing to help. They truly go above and beyond making sure everybody is taken care of and making sure the call lights are answered on a timely matter. Crystal Cove Care Center in Newport Beach is where the real heroes are! Not all heroes wear capes.
