I Really Appreciate the way your staff treats my Dad (I’m afraid he’s not going to want to leave) LOL ! Thank You !!

Very clean facility with a caring, attentive staff. They took excellent care of my sibling, which eased my mind tremendously.

Daytime experiences are great. The night crew is a bit scarce and it takes a bit longer for call buttons to be answered but overall—great experience so far! At first we were a little skeptical but the staff has been fantastic and the facility is nice and clean. Plenty of natural light. And the food is made from scratch!

My experience has been great at Crystal Cove with only two exceptions. #1: There have been 3 times I have told the nursing station that I will pick my brother up on a certain day at a certain time, and when I arrive to get him they tell me I didn’t make anyone aware. It’s caused extra time getting his appointment packetvtogether and checking with the doctor. It seems this has been corrected within the last week. #2: My brother is at CCCC because of a slow healing wound following pacemaker surgery and it doesn’t seem like its being checked by the doctor 3 times /wk as we were told would happen. Other than that I think CCCC is a great place, very kind staff, friendly with patients. clean surroundings, and patients seem to like being there.

I have been to crystal Cove numerous times to visit one of your patients. My main issue has to do with insufficient.visitor parking. I myself am handi-capped and sometimes I am sitting in my car for45 minutes to an hour, before a spot becomes available. The food seems adequate, and there seems to be always enough staff to attend to those there for care. The gym seems adequate.

Everyone has been so kind to my dad. Staff is pleasant and seem to truly like their jobs. They don’t treat my questions like an inconvenience to them. The building is clean, bright and decorated for the holidays. Any concerns have been quickly addressed. Any requests have been quickly responded to. Additional information has been provided when requested. I feel like my dad is in kind capable hands when I leave him.

Crystal cove has highly skilled physical therapist ! Every one appears to be very caring for their patients

Visited a family member. The facility itself is well maintained. Interaction between staff and between staff & patients seems friendly. My family member is very happy with the care he’s received here. The PT’s are challenging him enough. No complaints about food. His son lives close by so does his dad’s laundry. Now the challenge is to plan a bit of assistance once he gets home.

Very cordial and friendly, nurses were very professional as they were able to provide us informed progress on current status of the patient in this case our love one. We were very pleased to see the professionalism of the nurses and in particular how organized and clean the care center was.

Spoke to numerous staff members regarding my friend who is a resident, all were helpful, caring and supportive. The facility is clean and bright.

Very charming and clean facility with a very friendly and helpful staff. My mom broke her hip and had some subsequent complications and they are doing a great job of helping to return her to her normal/active self.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad was in Crystal Cove Care Center for two weeks. The staff was good to him. Everybody was on point, everything was very clean, and everybody was nice. He was not a very happy camper, but I was. He didn’t want to be there. They pretty much had everything. They would do his laundry, all his meals, all his meds, therapy, and activities. He did have a lot going on. He liked all the food they gave him.

Second time my wife has been there. Staff always pleasant and attentive

My cousin was very spiritually fragile after a back surgery & the girls in attendance did all they could for her $ were very patient with her. Thank you.

Every staffs smaller and kind all the time Our family is feel down and sad but they give cheer us up My husband leg will be better hopefully
